A delegation led by Telangana Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao, called on Union Minister for Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation Uma Bharti here.
In a memorandum submitted to the Minister here yesterday, the Telangana delegation raised various issues related to sharing of river water with neighboring states and demanded center's intervention on some of the issues.
Rao also requested for a detailed meeting on the issue.
Bharti promised to look into their demands. She told Rao that after going through the memorandum, a detailed response will be sent to Telangana.
