Terence Howard, of 'Iron Man' fame, has accused his wife, Michelle for extorting money out of him.
The actor's attorney, Biran Kramer, has filed legal papers which stated that Michele had told him that she could make 2 million dollars by exposing the actor online and that she would claim that she had contracted an STD from the actor.
He also claimed that he had recorded her saying, "Trust me, you're f****** with the wrong person. You f***** with me way too much. I will f****** bury you deep in the ground," TMZ.com reported.
Terrence had agreed to pay because his wife, who had also received 5 years of support from him despite being married to him only for a year, had blackmailed him and had threatened to leak naked photos and videos of the actor unless he paid her what she wanted.
The 46-year-old actor has to pay settlement for another year, but hopes the tapes would convince the judge to throw the case so he doesn't have to pay the rest. He was also expected to pay a part of his "Empire" paycheck, which is expected to go up in the second season.
