A house-keeping employee from DSD School in Thane's Kalyan town was arrested on Friday for allegedly molesting a class I student.
The incident took place on Tuesday, when the girl, by mistake, entered the boys' toilet, where the 43-year-old accused was cleaning it. On seeing the girl, the accused molested her.
The girl, in fear, rushed out of the toilet and raised an alarm. She later told her parents about the incident, after which a complaint was lodged.
The accused has been booked under provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
