Dwayne Johnson has donated USD 1500 to help a very sick pooch, 'the rock,' get a life saving surgery.
The dog was all fur and bones with his mouth wired shut when the Los Angeles shelter found him. The shelter found that the dog had a grade 6 heart murmur that required a USD 4,500 surgery, TMZ reports.
Someone made a GoFundMe page for the little pooch, which caught the eye of the 'Furious 7' actor and he donated USD 1,500 toward the USD 5000 goal.
'Hangover 2' star Jamie Chung also donated USD 600.
At present, 'the rock' needs USD 365 for his surgery and the shelter is planning to put in extra cash it raises for surgeries for dogs in need.
