Three NDFB cadres (Songbijit faction) were recently apprehended by security forces at Batabari under Dotma police station in Kokrajhar district.
P.K Sarkhar police in-charge of Dotama police out post said that on getting specific information about the presence of some NDFB, a joint team of police and army carried out a operation and apprehended three persons from the area.
The arrested cadres have been identified as Mithinga Narzary, 22, of Choraikhola, Kampa Basumatary, 19, of Burimakha (Dotma) and Nikhil Muchahary, 22, of North Goibari (Serfanguri).
One 7.65 mm pistol, two bullets, two hand grenades, demand notes, two mobiles along with four SIMs were recovered from their procession.
