Defence expert Major General (retired) S.R. Sinho feels that the time has come for India to give a befitting reply to Pakistan in the wake of the capture of a second terrorist and repeated cease-fire violations.
"Now, I think ,the time has come for India to take action against Pakistan, as Pakistan is not going to repent, Neither is going to accept her guilt of sending terrorists across the border. India will have to respond by hitting Pakistan," Major General (retired) Sinho told ANI.
"After Naved, this is the second terrorist which has been captured in the northern Kahsmir area. This goes to prove that Pakistan is continuing in her effort to send terrorist across border and trying to keep Kashmir issue alive," he added.
Another terrorist was captured alive in Jammu and Kashmir's Rafiabad area on Thursday after an encounter with security forces.
The capture of a second Pakistani terrorist comes about three weeks after the capture of Naved, a Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist in the Chenani area of Udhampur District on August 5.
