Tom Hanks' son Chet Hanks has revealed that he has been a drug addict since the age of 16 and is currently on a recovery spree.
Chet posted a self-shot video on Instagram where he revealed that a tabloid was about to run a story on him for being in rehab for cocaine addiction which was true but he was 50 days sober from everything including alcohol, the Daily Star reported.
He continued that at the age of 24 he decided to get some help and he was thankful for his family and everybody that cared about him, including his fans.
Chet signed off the video saying "f**k the media".
