Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure has scored a hat-trick to help his side maintain their Premier League title challenge with a 5-0 win at home in the Etihad to bottom-ranked Fulham on Saturday.
Following the victory, City has moved to within six points of leaders Chelsea, with three games in hand.
According to Sport24, the Ivory Coast international completed his treble with an impressive third goal after he put City 2-0 up with Fernando Amorebieta conceding two penalties, and further strikes from Fernandinho and Martin Demichelis sealed a win for the club.
Manuel Pellegrini's side had made a slow start to the game at the Etihad Stadium, with the home crowd growing unsettled until Amorebieta gifted them the opening goal after 25 minutes, the report added.
