Twitter update adds support for iOS 9 split-screen multitasking

Twitter has released an update for its app with support for better integration with the latest features that Apple has introduced in the iOS 9.

According to the Verge, the new Twitter's app introduces support for split-screen multitasking, which is supported on the iPad Air 2 along with newer models like the iPad mini 4 and iPad Pro.

Also, when someone mentions the users on Twitter, they can reply directly from the notification without leaving other app they are using.

The latest version of Twitter for iOS is available on the App Store now.
