Twitterverse goes gaga over Akshay Kumar's 'Gold'

Twitterverse exploded as Akshay Kumar's much-awaited sports drama film 'Gold' released on 72nd Independence Day.

This movie depicts the events that lead to India winning its first gold medal as a free nation.

A Bollywood actor Darshan Kumaar said that the movie was a treat to watch.

'Raazi' actor Vicky Kaushal who also happened to watch the movie said he experienced a plethora of emotions.

A patriotic fan who saw the movie called it the best Independence day movie ever.

The sports drama takes the audience back in time to witness a team's struggle to make the nation proud.

The upcoming flick which released today boasts of an ensemble cast including Amit Sadh, Kunal Kapoor, Vineet Singh, and Sunny Kaushal, among others.

'Gold' also marks the debut of TV sensation Mouni Roy on the big screen.
