Udio extends convenience of seamless digital transactions to Crownit

The latest announcement underlines Udio's position as the preferred payments solution provider for businesses and merchants throughout the country. The wallet is already being leveraged by industry players such as BookMyShow, Portea, Askmebazaar.com and more, in addition to a host of smaller merchants and Facebook stores.

Since its integration with Udio, Crownit has witnessed a 300 percent month-on-month growth in transactions through its platform. The propensity of users conducting frequent transactions through the app is very high. Being an app-only platform, the integration of a wallet within the Crownit app has enhanced the ease of such transactions.

To use Udio to make a payment, Crownit users can simply select 'Wallet' from the available payment options and sign up for a new wallet using their mobile number and email address. Existing Udio users can link their wallets to their Crownit account to make their Udio wallet balance available on the Crownit app. Users can then use the available balance to make purchases without exposing their critical financial information such as card details and account numbers.
