British Prime Minister David Cameron looks set to win another term in office with early exit poll results suggesting that the Conservatives will be close to a majority.

Labour has dismissed an exit poll that suggested that it would get 239 MPs as opposed to the Tories' 316, reported the BBC.

The same poll showed that the Liberal Democrats would secure 47 seats while the Scottish National Party would win all but one seat in Scotland.

Results so far have suggested that the exit poll is accurate but the majority of 650 seats have yet to declare.
