A pub in Truro, Cornwall, has removed a 'rude' sign that should have read 'The Wig and Pen is open for business', but read 'The Wig and Penis open for business'.

According to the Mirror, whoever created the sign failed to leave enough space between the words 'pen' and 'is'.

The hilarious error was made when the pub owner was trying to inform customers that it was still open for business when local water works closed streets to traffic.
