A notorious criminal carrying a reward of Rs 15,000 on his head has died after sustaining injuries in an encounter with the police in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut on Friday.
The criminal, who has been identified as Fakruddin, succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.
It has been revealed that he used to make illegal arms.
