The first day of the newly formed Uttar Pradesh Cabinet started with a shock as minister Mohsin Raza Khan was taken aback to see the photos of Samajwadi Party patriarch Mulayam Singh Yadav and party leader Azam Khan hanging on his office wall.
The annoyed lone Muslim leader of Chief Minister Adityanath's Cabinet asked the officials pointing to the image as why it is still there and demanded to know what the photos were doing in his office.
"Do you know whose government is in power now? Why is this photograph here?" asks irritated Raza.
In response to Raza's question, when the staff tried to explain him that had been waiting for instructions to remove the photo, Raza said that, "Why wait for order to remove the photo? You should know who has formed the government. This is your responsibility.
