Expressing his loyalty towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday said he would transform the state into what the former has always dreamt of.

After being assigned the charge of India's most politically-crucial state, Adityanath assured that Uttar Pradesh would soon be considered as the supreme state in the country.

"Uttar Pradesh will emerge as Prime Minister Modi's state of dreams. It will be the best state in the country," he said.

While showering his praises on Prime Minister Modi's leadership skills, Adityanath said the former had emerged as an icon and set an example in the world.

"The Prime Minister remains committed to run a government for the poor, for the farmers, without any discrimination," he said.

The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister further said that they would present such a model of development that the youth of the state would not have to go anywhere else in search of jobs.

The BJP leader asserted that Uttar Pradesh would be transformed into a state free from anarchy, corruption and goondaism.

"We will work for all sections of the society and will work towards the development of every region," he said.

Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while campaigning during the recently held assembly elections, had repeatedly said that they would prioritise Uttar Pradesh and make it the most developed one in the country.
