Looks like it's the celebrities versus the common man now after the Oscars most re-tweeted selfie clicked by Ellen DeGeneres broke records on Twitter with three million retweets.
A man from Texas has taken the responsibility to break the record of Ellen DeGeneres selfie retweet record, CNET.com reported.
Terry Shipman clicked a selfie with his two little dogs with the caption, "Let's see if we can beat the Oscar re-tweets!" and now the tweet has become a viral hit with 2,800 followers and over 75,000 retweets.
However, the common man's selfie still lags behind in the race to become the most retweet selfie on twitter.
