A middle school teacher in Houston has been charged with engaging in improper behavior after she gave one of her students a "full contact lap dance" on his birthday in front of the whole class.
According to KHOU News, Felicia Smith was grinding against the boy, rubbing her hands all over his body, and also got on her knees and placed her head between his legs, the New York Post reported.
The boy said he slapped the 42-year-old teacher on the buttocks numerous times.
Smith, who has confessed to her inappropriate behavior, said, "I love you baby, happy birthday", at the end of the dance, which apparently lasted for four minutes.
