Val Kilmer has confirmed that he was hospitalised in intensive care, but it was not for throat tumor.
The 'Batman Forever' actor took Facebook to clarify his health status and thanking his fans for the support, and wrote that he didn't had a tumor or didn't undergo any tumor operation, he just had some health complications in which intense care under experts were required, E! Online reported.
The 55-year-old actor's family's rep released a statement stating that the star is currently undergoing tests at a Los Angeles hospital for a possible tumor, and is being cared by his two children.
The rep also included actor's doctor's statement that they are encouraged with by his progress and are hopeful that he will make a full recovery.
