Manchester United football team manager Louis van Gaal has told his Galacticos that now is the time to deliver as they get ready to face Queens Park Rangers on Sunday.

Van Gaal, who has accepted executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward's mandate for a top-three finish following the club's 150 million pounds spending spree, knows that hefty price tags and burgeoning reputations count for nothing in the unrelenting Premier League.

Despite the frenzied activity off the field, United are still awaiting their first league win under Van Gaal, The Daily Express reported.

Van Gaal knows that there can be no excuses if United loose to QPR. He said that one needs the arguments why he buys players and that is logical.

Van Gaal added that what he has to say about Radamel Falcao, Robin van Persie, Wayne Rooney is that they are great players, and added that they have great records but they have to do it in the game on Sunday.

The Dutchman said that they have to show it, adding that that is not only for Van Persie, Rooney or Falcao; all the players of United have to show themselves in a team.

Van Gaal said that a club like United has to put forward targets, adding that he gives himself targets, in light of the top-three finish challenge he has.

But Van Gaal warned the Old Trafford hierarchy that his unprecedented spending hasn't finished yet. He said that they have more balance in the squad now but not enough.
