Varun Dhawan and Leander Paes were spotted spreading awareness about Malaria and Dengue at the anti-Dengue drive event organized by Congress MLA Baba Siddique, in Mumbai.
The 26-year-old 'Student of the Year' actor expressed his concern regarding the awareness of the disease and said, "the initiative that is started by Baba Sir is very important for our city. Older ones or younger section or children, everyone should be aware of this. Because than only you can fight a disease. That's what we have done today," he said.
The 40-year-old tennis player revealed that he had been a victim of Malaria and two of his family members are currently suffering from Dengue in the hospital, and added that his reason for attending the event was to spread awareness regarding these deadly diseases.
