Virgin Galactic chief executive George Whitesides says that the survival of the pilot of the doomed flight was no minor miracle.
Pilot Peter Siebold luckily survived the fall from extreme altitude a week ago when the SpaceShipTwo fell apart.
However, co-pilot Mike Alsbury couldn't make it alive.
According to News.com.au, Whitesides said that it's no minor miracle that he did survive and survive in relatively good shape.
Meanwhile, Transportation Safety Board Acting Chairman Christopher Hart said the pilot hadn't been interviewed because he's recovering from injuries originally characterised as moderate to major, the report added.
