Merchant discovery and privileges platform 'Crown-it' is looking to ease the search and booking process of weekend getaways with the announcement of the addition of its latest category. The new feature would assist Crown-it users in searching, selecting and booking hotels for quick retreats near their cities.
Targeted towards the flash holidaying requirements of its metropolitan users, the latest addition would look to enhance the user's experience quotient and convenience factor by presenting concise, requirement-specific information.
In order to offer best results to the users, Crown-it will implement a unique search process that will extract feedback from leading travel reviewing websites before displaying the highest rated properties.
Hotels will be categorized on the basis of bargain, corporate, comfort, secret escapes and post retreat, taking into account their ratings, reviews and amenities.
Additionally, particularly famous hotel amenities or services will be displayed to the users to give them a deep insight into the property before making their selection.
The company will also roll out massive, transparent deals and discounts without any hidden conditions to further incentivize customers to use their services.
The app has some prominent names such as The Lalit, Taj, Hilton, West Inn, Ginger for its consumers.
Speaking on the announcement, Sameer Grover, Founder and CEO Crown-it, said, "Today, a customer looking for a hotel to stay in has to browse through multiple online travel agency portals to select the most tailored choice amongst the thousands of hotels available. This creates a lot of unnecessary confusion in the minds of the users who are just looking to relax away from the hustle-bustle of their daily lives."
He also said that with latest product offerings they aim to simplify weekend retreat searches and provide a new level of user convenience with a concise single-window display that shows the best property options.
Crown-it will initially incorporate more than 200 hotels as part of its search. The move will initially be implemented in 10 cities, including Udaipur, Amritsar, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Manali, Srinagar, Lonavala, Khandala, Goa and Mahabaleshwar, to provide its users in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Bangalore with affordable weekend getaway options.
