A blog has revealed that seven-time Wimbledon Champion Roger Federer had made a young cancer survivor's Make-A-Wish come true at Wimbledon, by spending time with the fan on her birthday, keeping a promise he made to the 18-year-old in a 'home-made' video.
According to Fox Sports, Beatriz Tinoco flew to London, played tennis with Federer, went to his press conferences, hung out and bantered with her idol on her 18th birthday.
Tinoco survived a bout with cancer in 2011 and 2012 and recently blogged about meeting Federer, along with posting pictures of her tale on Twitter, the report said.
The cancer survivor's story is starting to make the rounds on social media, the report added.
