Cameron Diaz may "seriously be considering walking down the aisle" with Benji Madden, according to the reports.

Sources revealed that the couple had talked about marriage after the 35-year-old rapper pretty much moved into the 'Bad Teacher' star's house in Beverly Hills, New York Post reported.

Though the duo completely looks mismatched, but it wouldn't be surprising if the 'Sex Tape' star will get married to Madden.
