Hollywood star Will Smith set the stage on fire at the closing ceremony of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Smith, who performed at the opening ceremony of the football tournament, got audience tapping to the rhythm of 'Live it Up', this year's world cup anthem.

Fans welcomed the performance with thunderous applause as Will, alongside American singer Nicky Jam and Kosovar singer Era Istrefi, performed the track.

'Live It Up', which was chosen as the official song for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, was released on May 25, 2018.

The track is produced by Diplo, The Picard Brothers, and Free School.

The World Cup, which kicked off last month, saw 32 nations, divided into eight groups, competing in 64 games over 32 days and fighting it out for the coveted trophy.

On a related note, the high-octane finals between France and Croatia is underway at the Luzhniki Stadium.
