Willem Dafoe, Robert De Niro has to say on Anupem Kher's 500th film

Hollywood actors Willem Dafoe and Robert De Niro made it really special for Anupam Kher for reaching yet another milestone in his illustrious acting career by signing up his 500th film.

An elated Anupam shared videos by his co-stars on his Twitter handle.

"Anupam, congratulations! 500 films.incredible! It was a pleasure working with you. Good Luck! Celebrate," said Dafoe.

"Congratulations for finishing your 500th film, it is an amazing thing to do. In America I have done 95 movies, but doing 500 is incredible," wrote Kher's Silver Lining Playbook' co-star De Niro.

The 61-year-old actor added the feather of 500-films to his acting career by signing Hollywood film 'The Big Sick,' directed by Michael Showalter.

The movie also stars Holly Hunter, Zoe Kazan, Ray Romano, Kumail Nanjiani and Adeel Akhtar among others.

The film deals with the marriage of a Pakistani with an American woman and is slated for release next year.

Other than this, the 'Saaransh' actor is also gearing up for the release of Neeraj Pandey's upcoming flick 'Dhoni' and 'The Headhunter's Calling', directed by Mark Williams.

'The Headhunter's Calling' also stars Gerard Butler and the many time Oscar nominee Willem Dafoe.
