The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have given warning to a photographer, Niraj Tanna, who was taking pictures of the royal baby Prince George and his nanny in Central London Park.

According to the BBC, the photographer was believed to be 'stalking,' and the Kensington Palace released a statement that though the couple was not taking legal action at this stage, they may consider filing a case in the future, if the actions continued.

Meanwhile, lawyers for Tanna's defence said that he was entitled to take pictures in a public park and he hadn't followed, harassed or intimidated either George or his nanny.
