Young Naga models recently walked the ramp for the "Naga Next Top Model" title at Nousie Auditorium in Dimapur.

The event was held under the aegis of Dimapur-based O.J Modeling, Grooming and Training Agency.

The models, both male and female, cleared various rounds to reach the finals.

They sashayed down the ramp in different costumes designed by Naga designers and Delhi -based designer Prakash Gupta.

Former Mr. International India 2012 Opang Jamar Metsubo envisaged the idea of holding this event to provide an international platform for Naga models.

Metsubo, who is also the president of NNTM, said: "I am very much honored that the experience that I have uncalculated during pageant of Mr. International and I was selected for Mr. catwalk title and they provided me to be a model in Bangkok for five years but I feel that I should do something for my people so I came back to India and after struggling two years I could come up with this NNTM."

Longtise and Lomi Kiba won the titles. The female winner received a beautifully designed tiara from Bangkok along with a cash prize.

They both will represent India at the Miss Supermodel International 2014 and Mr. Global 2014 to be held in Bangkok.
