Andrew Poon, Yahoo's vice president of product management, said in a blog post that they know when users are on the move, they are often searching for a specific piece of information. So rather than delivering endless links for users to sift through on a small screen, they will beautifully assemble the most relevant information in a way that allows them to take action right away.
