Zac Efron went into rehab for cocaine abuse not once but twice this year, it has been revealed.
Sources told TMZ.com that Efron tried to clean himself up in March by getting professional help.
The insider said that the 25-year-old actor stayed in a private residence to receive intensive outpatient care for several weeks, after he left California.
Meanwhile, in April he returned to L.A. and during the shooting of Seth Rogen's film 'Neighbors', he relapsed in a big way.
The sources told the publication that after finishing the film he got a second dose of outpatient care.
