Huracan has been creating quite a lot of hoopla ever since Lamborghini announced that it is going to replace its most successful supercar, Gallardo. Now, the latest development surfacing is that its advance booking is open in China and the company has introduced it there with a hefty price of Rs. 4.35 Crore.
Roumors are doing the rounds that Lamborghini may make its official global debut at Geneva Motor Show in March, followed by its launch at the Beijing Motor Show in April for the Chinese Market. The Huracan is said to derive its power from a 5.2-litre V10 powertrain which belts out a whopping power of 610bhp and a peak torque performance of 560Nm. This gigantic motor will power the all four wheels of the vehicle enroute a seven-speed dual clutch automatic transmission.
Lamborghini has named Huracan on a famous fighting bull bread and it clearly reflects in its character as it has the ability to touch a top speed of 325kmph. Furthermore, it can accomplish the 100kmph barrier from standstill in just 3.2 seconds. It is expected that Lamborghini would introduce it for the Indian car market by early 2015 in a price bracket of Rs. 1.5 - 2.5 Crores. The vehicle will be brought to India enroute CBU.
