Fiat's K2K (Kanyakumari to Kashmir) tour reaches Jaipur, inaugurates 116th dealership – ABS Fiat Jaipur. Inaugurated by Mr. Nagesh Basavanhalli, President and Managing Director, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles India. He will continue to travel along with the Fiat team to multiple other locations across the country as a part of the 'K2K Passion Tour' which iterates Fiat's commitment & dedication to every corner of India.
Fiat is going aggressive to cater neighborhood districts with its All-In-One Camp, which comprises of ride and drive event, service camp, exchange and new product display. The company is increasing consumer interface with hub and spoke model of operation as part of its commitment to strengthen footprint in tier II and III towns.
“Our Jaipur dealership regularly organises service camps, exchange camps which was earlier not easily accessible in smaller towns,” Mr. Basavanhalli said. “Fiat has an exciting line up of products for 2014. We have already launched our brand New Linea and will be coming out with New Punto. Avventura, a contemporary utility vehicle (CUV) will be making its global debut in India. We are also launching the Abarth brand with Abarth 500. We are aggressive with our plans this year and we intend to reach out to all our fans who have supported us for the excellent products that we roll out. Rajasthan is an important market for us, which is why we have come to Jaipur for the K2K Passion Tour” he added.
Fiat will roll out exciting offers to customers as they move across cities. Fiat will also organize two day service camp for its customers. Customers will also get an exclusive opportunity to test drive and experience the 2014 line up of Fiat cars. Fiat enjoys a huge fan following across the country with fan groups such as My Fiat World, Team Fiat India and FMC who are active online and on ground. Fiat’s Facebook page has also seen exponential growth since it was started and now stands at close to 8 lakh fans.
Fiat has made its presence felt strongly in India by opening 116 dealerships and 110 workshops across the country and wants to establish 150 dealerships by 2014 end.
Fiat India had an excellent presence at the Auto Expo this year by showcasing their forthcoming products for 2014. The cars to be launched this year includes the New Linea (already launched), the new Punto Evo, the Avventura and the Abarth 500.
Fiat India has also associated with Jaipur Foot, an organisation that enables mobility to the differently abled. The company has pledged to support individuals by sponsoring artificial limbs to ensure their freedom for mobility.
