Fiat is all set to change the face of go-fast hatches in the country with 145 bhp Abarth Punto EVO
Fiat is the first mainstream manufacturer to launch its performance brand in the country. The Italian manufacturer launched the Abarth brand with the 595 Competizione, however, the Abarth Punto EVO is probably the product that will popularize this performance brand in the country. It is expected that Fiat will put it in sub-10 lac price bracket rivaling with considerably less powerful VW Polo GT TSI and Ford Figo 1.5-liter Ti-VCT. Moreover, Fiat will also launch Abarth Avventura soon after the Punto EVO’s launch. The Avventura is also powered by the same motor and receives Abarth tuning.
