Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Asia Series in MACAU GRAND PRIX

Filling closed-off streets with the aggressive roar of the raging bull, the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Asia Series entered the exotic peninsula of Macau for the first time ever, where this year’s Grand Final flourished under the grand excitement of the 60th Macau Grand Prix. Jointly hosted by Italian luxury super sports car maker Automobili Lamborghini and Swiss Haute Horlogerie manufacturer Blancpain, title champions of the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Asia Series 2013 were crowned on Sunday at this 6th and final round. Under the thunderous applause of crowds that surrounded the Guia circuit, gentlemen drivers enjoyed the ultimate test in this year’s race series. Renowned for its challengingly tight corners and demanding surfaces, this racetrack presented unchartered territory not only for most drivers, but for the Gallardo Super Trofeo 2013, which fiercely entered this legendary circuit for the first time this weekend.

Celebrating 100 years of innovation in half the time, Lamborghini’s 50th Anniversary has played an integrated role in communicating its brand values. This coming November 22-23, the extraordinary Super Trofeo Series across all three continents will culminate in the World Finals in Rome. Series champions from Asia, Europe and North America will come together to the home country of Lamborghini, where at the world renowned ACI Vallelunga Circuit, teams will compete in one arena for the ultimate racing glory. The Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo gained tri-continental repute this year as North America took on this exclusive racing series. As a new element to this championship, the world finals will allow Asia’s Super Trofeo Champions to further exploit their racing talents on an international platform, whilst enjoying first-hand the Italian culture inherent of the Lamborghini brand worldwide.

Champions from this season will join the world’s leading Super Trofeo drivers at the heart of Italy in little under two weeks, bringing the eyes and ears of the world yet again to the prowess of the raging bull.
