Renault and its fully owned subsidiary Dacia has announced to unveil the facelifted Duster compact SUV and a new concept car at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. This year's Frankfurt Motor Show is scheduled to begin on 10th September. The facelifted Dacia Duster (Renault Duster) has been spotted couple of times during its test rounds on the European streets.

Facelifted Dacia Duster is likely to get upgrades on both inside and out. The vehicles has received a revised headlamps, tail lights, newly formulated bumpers and grille. However, there are no interior pictures of the new Duster has been caught in lenses, it is expected to receive all the upgrades, which the 2013 Dacia Logan Sedan has received. The facelifted Dacia Duster is also expected to get a revised instrument cluster and cruise control.

The upgraded Dacia Duster is likely to retain the same- 1.5-litre K9K diesel and 1.6-litre petrol. However, there are two diesel versions- 85PS and a 110PS, similar to India. The engine transmits power to the front wheel drive via a five-speed markets. In global markets, the Duster also has an automatic gearbox in some markets. It is quite early to comment whether the facelifted Duster could make its way to India, but we expect it to hit the Indian shores by the end of 2014.
