With effect from 29 April 2015
ABG Shipyard announced that Nimesh S. Shah has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from 29 April 2015.Subsequently, the Company has appointed Dheeraj Sharma as Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company with effect from 01 May 2015. The said appointment will be placed before the ensuing Board Meeting as required under Section 179 read with Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
