Under ESOS
Aditya Birla Nuvo announced that the Directors of the Company have on August 20, 2014 approved allotment of 5,717 (Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventeen) Equity Shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006). The said 5,717 Equity Shares will rank pan passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects.Consequent to the above allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from 130113596 to 130119313 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 130,11,93,130/- (Rupees One Hundred and Thirty Crore Eleven Lakh Ninety Three Thousand One Hundred and Thirty).
