Under ESOP
Aditya Birla Nuvo has allotted 16,997 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each on 22 December 2016, pursuant to exercise of RSUs under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013. All the said Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects.The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 1,30,22,56,910 (13,02,25,691 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) to Rs. 1,30,24,26,880 (13,02,42,688 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each).
