Albert David standalone net profit rises 982.76% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 2.45% to Rs 68.91 crore

Net profit of Albert David rose 982.76% to Rs 43.96 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 4.06 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 2.45% to Rs 68.91 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 70.64 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 250.36% to Rs 48.00 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 13.70 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 0.12% to Rs 321.24 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 320.86 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
