Allahabad Bank allots 80.57 crore equity shares to Govt. of India

Allahabad Bank on 05 March 2020 has allotted 80,57,63,473 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the Govt. of India for cash at an issue price of Rs 26.72 per share (including premium of Rs 16.72) for an aggregate Rs 2152.99 crore against capital infusion of Rs 2153 crore in the Bank in FY 2019-20.
