Allahabad Bank to allot 38.92 crore shares to Govt. of India

The Share Allotment Committee of Board of Allahabad Bank has approved the allotment of 38,92,15,046 new equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each to Govt. of India at an issue price of Rs 45.99 per equity share including a premium of Rs 35.99 per share aggregating to Rs 1789.99 crore.
