Alliance Integrated Metaliks appoints company secretary and compliance officer

With effect from 18 October 2016

Alliance Integrated Metaliks announced that Shagun Bajpai has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Prerna Wadhwa from 18 October 2016. Hence, Ms. Shagun Bajpai will act as the Compliance Officer of the Company.
