Anik Industries sells its dairy business

Anik Industries announced that on 01 September 2016, B.S.A International (buyer), a company incorporated under the laws of Belgium through its wholly owned Indian subsidiary 'Anik Milk Products' has acquired the dairy business of the Company for Rs 451.50 crore, which is around 95% of the sales consideration, in terms of the slump sale agreement dated 07 March 2016.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
