Through circular resolution on 02 April 2015
Ansal Properties & Infrastructure announced that the Directors of the Company have approved the following proposals by way of passing Resolution/s by Circulation dated the 02 April 2015, in terms of Section 175 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Article no. 132 of Articles of Association of the Company:-- accepting fresh Fixed Deposits from members {shareholders} of the Company and public in terms of applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013.
- providing Corporate Guarantee and/or providing securities of the Company upto Rs. 470 crore (Rupees four hundred seventy crores only) and interest etc. on behalf of Ansal Phalak Infrastructure in terms of applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and listing agreement.
