Apollo Tyres consolidated net profit rises 9.18% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales decline 3.53% to Rs 3098.43 crore

Net profit of Apollo Tyres rose 9.18% to Rs 307.48 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 281.62 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales declined 3.53% to Rs 3098.43 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 3211.82 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit declined 2.73% to Rs 977.61 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 1005.06 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales declined 4.39% to Rs 12725.70 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 13310.33 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
