Apollo Tyres standalone net profit rises 40.73% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales rise 2.08% to Rs 2240.65 crore

Net profit of Apollo Tyres rose 40.73% to Rs 182.42 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 129.62 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales rose 2.08% to Rs 2240.65 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 2194.97 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit rose 45.74% to Rs 645.08 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 442.62 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales rose 3.11% to Rs 8878.27 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 8610.08 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
