Aris International announces cancellation of acquisition of NBFC

Aris International announced that the Company has decided to cancel the acquisition of NBFC Company namely Jeewan Commodities because of non completion of formalities of shifting of NBFC under the jurisdiction of RBI, Maharashtra.
