Arvind announced that in pursuance of the Composite Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of demerger and transfer of Real Estate Undertaking of Arvind to Arvind Infrastructure, as approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat, the Transferee Company i.e. Arvind Infrastructure is required to issue and allot 1 (One) equity share of Rs. 10 each credited as fully paid up for every 10 (Ten) equity shares of Rs. 10 each held by the shareholders of Arvind on Record Date to be fixed by Arvind.In pursuance of the same, the Board of Directors of Arvind has fixed 29 May 2015 as the Record Date for determining the entitlement of shareholders of Arvind, the transferor company, to receive the equity shares of Arvind Infrastructure as stated above.
