Asahi India Glass standalone net profit rises 51.79% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 35.90% to Rs 797.52 crore

Net profit of Asahi India Glass rose 51.79% to Rs 84.73 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 55.82 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 35.90% to Rs 797.52 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 586.83 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit declined 13.18% to Rs 138.84 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 159.91 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 8.43% to Rs 2377.64 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 2596.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
